The apartment is on the second floor and features a bright living and dining area with TV and a sofa bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. A highlight is the lovely terrace with beautiful views over the Mediterranean complex and the sea. A private parking space within the complex is also available.

The complex offers a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines (costs not included in the rental price).
