Thank you for your interest in our holiday rentals. Below you will find important information about the booking process, general amenities, rental prices, rental duration, and more.

How to Book Your Desired Holiday Rental

• Complete the booking form and click on “Submit Booking.”
• Your booking becomes binding once we receive your booking request. Acceptance of the booking is confirmed by us.
• After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment details and a detailed cost breakdown.
• You are required to check your booking confirmation immediately upon receipt and notify Iberia Touristic of any discrepancies or errors.
• Please transfer the agreed deposit to the account provided.
• Once the deposit has been received, you will promptly receive a rental contract and travel documents for your booked property via email.

Bookings for the Following Year – Flexible Deposit Options

For bookings for the upcoming year, we offer flexible deposit arrangements. On request, the deposit can be paid in two installments:

• 20% of the total amount at the time of booking
• Another 20% no later than 15 February of the following year

General Terms of Service

These terms apply to the brokerage of holiday rentals by Iberia Touristic, which can be rented directly from an agency (“Owner”). Iberia Touristic facilitates the rental contract between the customer and the owner as a single service. A service contract exists between the customer and Iberia Touristic for this individual service. Since 01.07.2018, holiday rentals booked as individual services are no longer required to have a security certificate under German package travel law. Iberia Touristic is authorized to collect payments on behalf of the owner. If payments are not made despite reminders, Iberia Touristic may, even on behalf of the owner, withdraw from the contract and charge cancellation or compensation fees. Customers must ensure the full payment reaches Iberia Touristic without any bank charges.

Holiday Rental Amenities

Property descriptions are concise and informative. The amenities reflect local standards. Kitchens and kitchenettes are equipped with essentials for your holiday. Bedrooms, unless stated otherwise, are designed for two people and contain either a double bed or two single beds. All rentals include outdoor furniture. For properties with a private pool, sun loungers are provided. Pool cleaning is included in the rental price. Should any issues arise during your stay or if the property does not meet expectations, you must contact the owner directly; Iberia Touristic acts only as an intermediary and cannot resolve issues directly.

Pets

Most properties welcome pets, but prior notification is required. In Spain, an additional fee usually applies.

Rental Prices and Duration

Prices listed are based on the number of guests indicated. Any additional guests must be reported to Iberia Touristic prior to arrival. All extra costs or fees must be paid directly to the owner in cash upon key collection.

Payment Information

After receiving your deposit, we will send your rental contract and travel documents by email. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the owner listed in the contract. If the booking is made less than 7 days before arrival, the full payment is due immediately upon receiving the payment instructions.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals upon arrival. This deposit guarantees proper use of the property and its furnishings. It will be fully refunded at the end of your stay if no damages are found.

Security Deposit for Youth Groups

Youth groups under 18 are generally not permitted. For groups up to 28 years old, a deposit of €250 per person is required. It will be refunded in full at the end of the rental period if no damages are found.

Security Deposit via Credit Card

If the deposit is placed on a credit card, the amount will be blocked on arrival but will not be charged unless there is a dispute.

Tourist Tax in Catalonia

From 1 November 2012, a tourist tax is applied to all Catalan tourist accommodations. If not included in the rental price, it must be paid separately on-site.

Arrival

Check-in times are specified in your rental contract. If you are delayed, please inform the owner directly. Their contact details are in your travel documents. Owners reserve the right to re-rent the property if delayed arrivals are not reported in advance.

Rebooking

Rebooking is possible up to 90 days before arrival, though availability cannot be guaranteed. A rebooking fee of €45 applies. If your booked property becomes unavailable, a replacement property will be provided by the partner listed in your rental contract.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before the trip. For clarity and legal certainty, we recommend that cancellation is made in writing, by registered mail, or by fax. The effective date is the receipt of your cancellation by us. Cancellation fees are as follows:

• Up to 90 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
• 89–60 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price
• 59–35 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
• 34–8 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price

Cancellations later than 7 days before arrival require full payment. If Iberia Touristic successfully rebooks the property for the same period, a handling fee of 10% of the rental price applies (minimum €150).

We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.

The validity of descriptions and conditions is governed by German law. For any legal disputes, the court of jurisdiction is St. Wendel, Germany, without exception.
