The house extends over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room, equipped with a sofa bed, a fireplace, and a TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a modern bathroom with a dryer on this floor. From the living and dining area, you have direct access to a beautiful covered terrace. On the upper floor, there are two additional double bedrooms.

The enclosed property features a built-in barbecue area and direct access to the Mediterranean-style pool area. A private parking space is also available.
