From the living and dining area, you access a beautiful covered terrace and the spacious sun terrace with an outdoor shower and the private swimming pool. Both terraces offer panoramic views of the sea.

On the enclosed Mediterranean property, there are two covered parking spaces. (The living and dining room and two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned)
