The elegant villa spans two floors. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a bright living and dining area with a with a sofa bed and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a washing machine. This level also includes two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. From the living and dining area, you have direct access to a spacious covered terrace and the pool terrace.

The upper floor, accessible via a separate entrance, features three additional double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and access to a beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the canal. The enclosed Mediterranean-style property offers privacy and boasts a large sun terrace with a private swimming pool. The private boat mooring provides direct access to the waterways of Empuriabrava. Parking for two cars is also available. (The house is fully air-conditioned - the pool is in operation from June 1st to September 30th.)
