The house is divided into two separate apartments: The upper level features a bright living and dining area with a fireplace and TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a guest WC. From here, you can access a covered terrace with magnificent views of the Mediterranean landscape. The lower level, accessible via a separate entrance, offers another bright living and dining area, a modern kitchen with washing machine, a double bedroom, and a modern bathroom.

From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious pool terrace. The enclosed property includes a large sun terrace, a chill-out area with a built-in barbecue, and a generous private swimming pool. Parking is available on the premises.
